Bronze lantern decorated with raws of perforations and an incised vine with grapes and below dotted lotus flowers and spiral maenders. Twin swinging arched handles, bending back at the ends and forming a bud, are fixed to ivy leaf attachements. It has a tripod base with lion-paws springing from wreath with vertical fluting. Perforated vase to allow the light of the lamp set inside it to shine through. Derveni cemetery. 330 - 310 B.C.
